Privacy policy
Last updated November 2, 2026
This policy covers domdomjobs.com and its boards on the domdomjobs.com subdomains, run by DomDom Labs ("we"). You browse the boards without an account. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they set no cookies. Elsewhere, Google Analytics sets two. The boards load their fonts and logos from their own domain.
Who is responsible
DomDom Labs runs the boards and decides how the data described here is used. You can reach us at hello@domdomjobs.com.
What we collect
- Request data. The boards are hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the boards from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page asked for. We keep request logs for a few days to fix errors and don't use them to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running secure, working sites.
- Usage data. We count page views and clicks on job links with PostHog everywhere, and with Google Analytics outside Europe. Each records the page, the site that sent you, your browser and device type, and a country worked out from your IP address. PostHog keeps the id that ties one visit's pages together in your browser tab, and it goes when you close it. Google Analytics sets cookies so it can tell a return visit from a new one, and we've turned off Google signals and ad personalization. If your browser is set to a European time zone (the EEA, the UK or Switzerland), Google Analytics doesn't load. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which jobs people open.
- Searches and filters. What you type in the search box and the filters you pick stay in your browser. We never receive them.
- Email. If you write to us, we get your address, your name if you give it, and what you wrote. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is your request, or our legitimate interest in answering it.
We don't sell this data, share it for advertising or use it to build a profile of you.
When you open a job
A job opens on the employer's or the platform's own site, and that site's privacy policy applies from then on, including to anything you send with an application. Links to some AI training platforms carry our referral code, so the platform can see that you came from DomDom Jobs. The referral disclosure lists which ones.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the boards and may process request data in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Its own policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. PostHog, Inc. counts visits and may process usage data in the United States, under the same safeguards. Its policy is at posthog.com/privacy. Outside Europe, Google LLC counts visits for Google Analytics and may process usage data in the United States, under the same safeguards. Its policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. Our email provider handles email under the same safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep email while the conversation is useful and delete it within two years of the last message, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Request logs are deleted after a few days. PostHog keeps usage data for up to a year, and Google Analytics for two months.
Cookies
In Europe the boards set no cookies. Elsewhere, Google Analytics sets cookies that start with _ga and last up to two years. PostHog sets none anywhere. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the boards work the same. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to tell people from bots. The boards need it to work, and it isn't used for tracking.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, the UK or a place with similar law, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how it is used, take a copy, or object to its use. Write to hello@domdomjobs.com and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and we will describe any significant change on this page.
